RETREATS, WORKSHOPS, STAFF AWAY DAYS
I organise and run retreats and events for teams or friends who are looking to get together somewhere beautiful and recharge. A day retreat includes a blend of restorative yoga, vegan or vegetarian breakfast & lunch, and can also incorporate options such as: a relaxing soundbath, a yoga Nidra (dream yoga) session, a workshop on mental health and wellbeing, helping to manage stress and anxiety led by the fabulous Dr Ruth Chester, Clinical Psychologist, CBT Lead Psychotherapy. The aim is to support people, who hold highly pressurised roles or who know they experience stress related issues, with techniques to manage energy levels and improve resilience.
The retreats can be held in a range of different venues or in your own space.
For friends or groups who are looking for a mini-break, I can offer a wide range of retreat options in beautiful settings in Europe. These take place over 3 days, usually over a long weekend. The venues span the UK, Greece, Malta, Portugal and Sicily.
